If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. No questions asked.

Email us at billing@agentforgeapp.com with your account email, and we'll process your refund promptly.

• Refunds within 14 days of any payment are honored in full

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, in the same currency used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Simply email billing@agentforgeapp.com with your account email and the payment date. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve all billing issues quickly and directly.
